Veraz Networks offers a multitude of access mechanisms to its customers to contact the Customer Support organization. In the United States it can use an 800 number to directly access the technical support center or dial a direct number for voice access. For locations outside the United States, customers can directly access one of the other worldwide Technical Assistance Centers (TAC) located in India, the United Kingdom, and Israel. An alternative method is to view and create trouble tickets via the iSupport (Oracle web based CRM).

Software License Terms and Conditions
Veraz Networks customers will enjoy full support services, provided that the equipment is originally purchased from Veraz Networks, or that the software license fee is paid to Veraz Networks by the current owner. All equipment owners must bring within their considerations the following Software License Terms and Conditions:

"All software provided to customer shall be licensed subject to Veraz Networks standard terms and conditions. Veraz Networks grants to Customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the applicable release of the software and related documentation licensed by Veraz Networks for customer's own internal use, solely in conjunction with hardware supplied or approved by Veraz Networks. All right, title and interest in and to the software shall remain vested in Veraz Networks or its third party suppliers. Customer shall not, and shall not permit others to: copy, translate, modify, create derivative works from, reverse engineer, de-compile, encumber or otherwise use the software. All appropriate copyright and other proprietary notices and legends shall be retained on all software supplied by Veraz Networks, and customer shall maintain and reproduce such notices on any full or partial copies made."
