| Experience/Skills: |

Strong experience with Nethawk East Tool and extensive experience in building scripts and Automation flow using east. Extensive background in QA Methodologies and experience developing and executing comprehensive test suites for system software. Experience with scripting languages like Perl, Expect, Shell Programming, Java/ JavaScript, Oracle/P1/Sq1, a plus. Familiarity with testing any Voip (Sip/H.323/Mgcp/H.248) and Tdm (Ss7/Isdn/Cas) protocols is a definite plus. Ideal candidate will have strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communications skills. Summary: |
Key contributor towards the monthly close process for the US, International and Consolidated Entities. Assist to the preparation of consolidated monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements for external and internal reporting purposes. Maintenance of the intercompany/related party transactions. A minimum of three years experience required. Monthly closes and reconciling general ledger accounts. CPA with a large national accounting firm or equivalent desired. Revenue recognition experience with computer hardware/software required. Ability to plan, schedule and organize work independently, without significant supervision in order to complete tasks within designated timelines. |

Verifies and reports royalty accruals, reserves against prepaid royalties, accrued to actual royalties, advances paid and other financial information.
